Our Story
The Blue House sits on Rosenberg Street, one of Galveston's quieter blocks, where the rhythm of the day shifts from espresso machines to cocktail shakers and the same faces move between both worlds.
We opened with a simple idea: serve good coffee to people who need it in the morning, and serve good drinks to people who want it in the evening — under the same roof, with the same care.
